GlobalEye — Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GlobalEyeHQ LLC ("GlobalEye," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GlobalEye websites, progressive web application, mobile experiences, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Financial and Market Data Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. The Service is currently offered for use in the United States. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Current Beta Service

GlobalEye currently provides a free beta information and research service. At the effective date of these Terms, the public Service does not offer user accounts or paid subscriptions. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. If GlobalEye later introduces accounts, subscriptions, payments, community participation, trade execution, or other materially different features, we will provide any additional terms and notices required for those features before they apply to you.

3. Informational Service; No Advice

The Service provides general and impersonal financial-market information, data visualizations, analytical tools, and educational content. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. GlobalEye does not act as your adviser, broker, dealer, fiduciary, commodity trading adviser, agent, or representative. No advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, customer, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Service.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, due diligence, and compliance with laws and contractual obligations that apply to you. Read the Financial and Market Data Disclaimer before using market information or analytical outputs.

4. Analytical Tools and User Inputs

The Service may allow you to enter a ticker, target, timeframe, directional view, risk preference, holdings, or similar inputs. These inputs operate analytical tools and do not cause GlobalEye to assess your full circumstances, make a suitability determination, or recommend an action. Outputs may be hypothetical, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You must independently verify every material input, output, price, term, and risk.

Portfolio information is designed to remain in local browser storage unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using privacy settings may erase locally stored information. You are responsible for maintaining any records you need.

5. Third-Party Data, Content, and Services

The Service may display or link to data, news, prices, prediction markets, websites, software, or services supplied by third parties. Third-party materials remain subject to their own terms and rights. GlobalEye does not control or endorse third-party materials and does not guarantee their accuracy, legality, security, availability, or continued availability. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

You may not extract, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, create a substitute for, or commercially exploit Service content or third-party data except where GlobalEye and the applicable rights holder expressly permit it in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes violating law or another person's rights; attempting unauthorized access; probing or defeating security or access controls; introducing malware; interfering with operation; overwhelming the Service through automated requests; using bots or scripts to manipulate polls or other features; misrepresenting Service output as personalized professional advice; removing ownership notices; reverse engineering except where law expressly permits it; and using the Service or its data to build or train a competing product without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The Service, including its software, design, organization, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to GlobalEye and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, GlobalEye grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial informational use.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant GlobalEye a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service handles information. You agree not to provide personal information about another person without authorization. Because the Service does not provide accounts at launch, you should not attempt to upload confidential credentials, account passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

9. Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular data source, a specific refresh interval, continued compatibility with a device, or preservation of locally stored settings. Planned, emergency, provider, network, and infrastructure interruptions may occur.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBALEYE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS. GLOBALEYE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA, MODEL, SIGNAL, SCENARIO, OR OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBALEYE AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA; TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GLOBALEYE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GLOBALEYE FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR 100 U.S. DOLLARS.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobalEye and its members, managers, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. GlobalEye may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, interfered with the Service, or used it unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the applicable laws of the state in which GlobalEyeHQ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law are not waived. Before filing a claim, you and GlobalEye agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice to the contact address below. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible or seeking emergency relief to protect security or intellectual-property rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. General Terms

These Terms, together with the incorporated Privacy Policy and Financial and Market Data Disclaimer, are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; GlobalEye may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Service. These Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
