GlobalEye is an information, research, and data-visualization product operated by GlobalEyeHQ LLC ("GlobalEye," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides general and impersonal market information, including prices, charts, headlines, prediction-market information, analytical signals, scenario analysis, portfolio analytics, options structures, risk metrics, and commentary that may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

Nothing on GlobalEye is investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing is an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or enter any security, derivative, commodity interest, cryptocurrency, prediction-market contract, or other financial instrument.
